Offering a variety of features to enhance efficiency, bolster security and reduce IT overhead, the cloud-native SaaS platform may help radiologists minimize workflow issues that can impede practices with high imaging volume.
In the ongoing effort to help optimize radiology workflows, Change Healthcare has launched the Stratus Imaging PACS viewer.
One of the benefits of the Stratus Imaging PACS viewer is the StoryView™ presentation, which enables radiologists to see imaging histories and summarized exam narratives. Change Healthcare said the StoryView presentation allows one to track the progression of a disease or condition and facilitates improved decision-making on the course of treatment.
Unified worklists and the ability to access quality clinical images from mobile devices as well as desktop computers enable ease of image reading access for radiologists, according to Change Healthcare.
For high-volume radiology practices, Change Healthcare said the Stratus Imaging PACS viewer facilitates smooth adoption and minimal IT labor with a cloud-native, software as a service (SaaS) platform. The company added that functionality and security updates are done automatically without any downtime.
In regard to security, Change Healthcare maintained the Stratus Imaging PACS viewer is HITRUST-certified* and SOC 2 Type 2 compliant.
The Stratus Imaging PACS viewer is available through a price-per-study SaaS model, according to Change Healthcare.
