A special exhibition, 'Travel, Transport, and Terrorism,' drew big crowds between scientific sessions at the ECR. The exhibit explored the use of radiographs to scan for weapons and contraband at airports and other secure locations. It was organized by Prof. Hermann Vogel, head physician in the radiology department at St. Georg Hospital in Hamburg. Vogel's last ECR exhibit covered the radiographic findings of abuse, torture, and terrorism.
