Video: Richard Duszak, MD, FACR, Discusses Fraud and Abuse Trouble Areas

A common area where radiology practices can get into fraud trouble is in taking too much discretion when interpreting the order from a referring physician, according to Richard Duszak, MD, FACR. Radiology practices also get in trouble with a lack of attention to accurate coding and billing. Duszak also provided ways practices can protect themselves from fraud and abuse claims.
