  • Case History: 55-year-old patient presented with pain and swelling in left submandibular region.

  • Initially, possibility of diverticulum was considered but CT showed it to be a calculus.
  • X-ray shows radiopaque shadow in submandibular region.
  • Sialolithiasis is the formation of stones in the salivary glands and their ducts.
