ACR should provide list of radiologist expert witnesses
It appears that the American College of Radiology has set up a panel to investigate complaints by ACR members regarding expert witness testimony by other members. If you look on the ACR Web site, they recently screened their first complaint and found nothing wrong with the expert witness. I think as an initial step the ACR should list all ACR members who provide expert witness testimony against other radiologists. This could be done without passing judgment. You might see some big names in radiology on that list. It might at least make them be selective in providing testimony.
