MR tops CT for assessment of chronic sinus inflammation
MR showed good correlation with the degree of mucosal thickening seen at endoscopic sinus surgery. CT tended to underestimate thickening. Surgeons gave low marks to both modalities, however.

V-Q scans, CT remain standards for pulmonary embolism
