Teleradiology

Besides giving medical centers better access to a wide range of radiologists, teleradiology is expanding. It gives hospitals in remote areas access to subspecialty radiologists. About half of hospitals now use night teleradiology for round-the-clock service. The rapid growth of mobile technology promises even greater use of teleradiology.
