Smaller-sized health care organizations with specialized HIS (hospital information systems) and RIS (radiology information systems) needs will now have easy access to centralized data through the comprehensive data storage solutions made available with this new health care industry alliance.

Through this alliance, StorageTek, the storage services and solutions expert, is extending its product offerings to a wider customer base within the Picture Archival Communications Systems (PACS), HIS, and RIS industry segments of the health care market.
