Michelle Alexander has over 20 years experience as a registered sonographer and greater than 10 years in the development of strain elastography, point shear wave elastography and real-time shear wave elastography. Michelle has done extensive global scientific research with all types of elastography in the areas of liver, prostate, breast, thyroid, kidney, cervical and musculoskeletal applications alongside luminaries in Europe, China, Canada and the United States. In addition, she holds a patent in the United States and Europe for elastography visualization
