Case History: 55-year-old male presents to emergency department with burning urination, hypertension, left flank pain, and weight loss.
Lab results showed WBC: 14,500 mm3, S. urea: 46, and S. creatinine: 0.8.

Diagnosis: Oncocytoma in a horseshoe kidney
On Ultrasound, a well-circumscribed, hypoechoic lesion is noted in left kidney.
Renal oncocytoma is a type of relatively benign renal tumor.
On CT, oncocytoma generally tend to be large, well demarcated tumors at presentation with central stellate non-enhancing scar seen in approximately one-third of cases.
