This sale follows the agreement signed between GE Medical and Mobile PET last year that made GE a supplier of both dedicated and mobile PET systems to San Diego-based Mobile PET (SCAN 9/1/99). Waukesha, WI-based GE introduced its mobile PET system at the RSNA meeting in November (SCAN 12/15/99).
