Health Services Corporation of America has extended its purchasing agreement contract with Amersham until April 30, 2006. HSCA members will continue to have access to the company’s x-ray and MRI contrast media products, as well as their brachytherapy products. Members include healthcare organizations that participate in HSCA’s Select Radiology Block. Launched in May 2000, the program was designed to reward compliance for hospitals and health systems, and to drive market share to participating suppliers.
