ISG has been rebuilding its executive line-up since the end of a divisive proxy fight with a dissident shareholder group, which had tried to reinstall former president and CEO Thomas Cafarella (PNN 5/97). Rutherford will report to ISG chairman and CEO Dr. Michael Greenberg.
