National Healthcare Distribution (NHD) has signed on to distribute in the U.S. a handheld digital magnifier developed by MaxxVision. The image magnifier, called iView, captures digital snapshots of mammography films. These snapshots, acquired with a CCD-based sensor, can then be enhanced to improve the visualization of subtle features. NHD provides national account contracting, administration, and other services for independent regional distributors of medical imaging supplies and services.
