Dell Computer is now providing the Internet infrastructure and computing systems for Global Telemedix’s TeleConsult application, an Internet-based multimedia system that enables physicians to view and annotate images and video, access the hospital information system, participate in grand rounds, and consult between facilities and physicians. Global will offer TeleConsult on a monthly subscription basis, which includes the application installed on a custom-configured Dell computer.
