NMR of America to buy Morgan Medical

Imaging services provider NMR of America of Murray Hill, NJ, is planning to acquire MorganMedical Holdings of Tampa Bay, FL, which operates four imagingcenters in Florida. The deal will give NMR of America access tothe Florida market, according to NMR of America president andCEO Joseph Dasti. The deal will be completed through an exchangeof stock and is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

NMR of America also announced that it has completed constructionof a new imaging center offering CT and MRI services in Seabrook,MD. The center will replace the company's Greenbelt, MD, facility.
