Case History: A postmenopausal woman in her 50s presented with pelvic pain over the span of a month and light spotting for one week.
Patient mentioned feeling more bloated in her pelvis than normal.

Diagnosis: Poorly differentiated clear cell carcinoma and endometrioma of the left ovary
The ovary itself was difficult to differentiate from the mass.
The patient then had a full hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.
