Physician Sales & Service has acquired two more medical imaging distributors. The Jacksonville, FL, company this month announced the purchase of Southwest Radiographics in a deal that marks the firm's entry into the Southwest market. The acquisition also increases the company's Diagnostic Imaging subsidiary's annual revenue run rate to about $390 million, according to PSS.
In another move, PSS acquired Dependable X-ray, an Antioch, IL, distributor with annual revenues of about $3 million. The deal will strengthen Diagnostic Imaging's operations in the Chicago area.
