The Changes You Need to Make Post-COVID-19.
After several months of postponing elective imaging services, working from home, and watching revenue levels fall, radiology is steadily entering the post-COVID-19 world. But, re-opening the doors does not necessarily mean a return to business-as-usual – practices and departments are now facing a new normal.
But, there are questions about what that will actually mean. Each group’s situation will be unique, depending upon how affected their region has been by the virus. Still, every facility will face the same concerns to some degree. There is a lack of clarity about how to best design – and maintain the cleanliness of – a workflow system and platform that can best accommodate the surge of imaging volume while many providers continue to work remotely. And, practices need direction to effectively address one of their most significant pain points, steep declines in revenue.
To bring you expert guidance and recommendations on how your practice or department can maximize your capabilities in the post-COVID-19 world, Diagnostic Imaging partnered with Barco Healthcare for a live webinar: Radiology’s New Normal: The Changes You Need to Make Post-COVID-19.
The presentation is given by Knox Tate, M.D., vice president of Catawba Radiology Associates, Albert Xthona, senior product manager for Barco Healthcare, and Dhruv Chopra, MBA, chief executive officer for Collaborative Imaging. Tate offers perspectives from a small rural practice; Xthona discusses best practices with imaging equipment; and Chopra provides insights and strategies that target your revenue concerns.
You can watch the webinar on-demand on On24.
