Case History: A 27-year-old male presents to the emergency department with complaints of worsening vision in the left eye for the past five months.

A well-defined, altered signal intensity (hypointense on T2WI and iso to hyperintense on T1WI) lesion is noted in posterosuperior segment of left eye in close relation with optic disc.
Local invasion can be depicted as choroidal excavation and retinal bowing.
Calcifications are rare but may appear after therapy.
Uveal melanoma is the second most frequent ocular malignancy after metastasis and the most common primary ocular malignant neoplasm in adults.
Uveal melanomas arise from the ciliary body or the choroid.
