MDI, of Burlington,MA, will become a subsidiary of Advanced NMR, which is based inWilmington, MA. John Lynch will continue as president and CEOof MDI and has been named senior vice president of Advanced NMR.Lynch and two other former MDI directors have been added to AdvancedNMR's board.
