Agfa forms radiology consulting group

Film and PACS vendor Agfa of Ridgefield Park, NJ, has formed a

consulting business with Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group

to offer advice to radiology departments on improving their business

processes. Called the Healthcare Consulting Alliance, the group

will provide services including radiology department benchmarking,

strategy development, cost utilization, revenue maximization,

operations restructuring, and information systems integration.
