Civco was recently formed by KRG Capital Partners, which took private Colorado MEDTech and its subsidiary, Civco Medical Instruments. This subsidiary designs and manufactures disposable and consumable ultrasound accessories (SCAN 3/19/03). Customers include Siemens, Philips, GE, B-K Medical, and Boston Scientific.
