Superior Consultant Holdings has signed an agreement with AmeriNet to provide information technology, management, and outsourcing consulting services for AmeriNet's 14,885 member facilities. The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Under the agreement, Superior will design and implement programs for AmeriNet members and shareholders to reduce costs, increase revenue, and expand membership. In addition, Superior will Web-enable the delivery of AmeriNet's services. The consulting firm specializes in digital business transformation services that are designed to integrate legacy information systems with newer technologies such as e-commerce and other Internet-based networks.
