Since the merger of the two firms in May, ATL has assumed marketingresponsibilities for all radiology scanners of the combined firms,with Interspec marketing cardiology units. As a result, Apogee800 will carry the ATL logo, according to Verl Nelson, marketingcommunications manager for ATL.
ATL made minimal changes to Apogee 800 in bringing it underits wing, Nelson said. The scanner will be positioned under ATL'sUltramark 9 HDI premium offering, at a price range of $90,000to $120,000.
