Del completes acquisition of Gendex

Del Global Technologies of Valhalla, NY, reported last week that

it has finalized its purchase of the Gendex Medical division of

Dentsply International. Del will operate its new property as Gendex-Del

Medical Imaging, which will continue to be based in Gendex's home

town of Franklin Park, IL. Del said that it paid $7.5 million

in cash and a note for Gendex.
