it has finalized its purchase of the Gendex Medical division of
Dentsply International. Del will operate its new property as Gendex-Del
Medical Imaging, which will continue to be based in Gendex's home
town of Franklin Park, IL. Del said that it paid $7.5 million
in cash and a note for Gendex.
