Philips will distribute in selected world markets a breast imaging gamma camera developed and sold by Dilon Diagnostics. The Dilon 6800, designed as an adjunct to mammography, will complement Philips’ products in key European and Middle Eastern markets. Philips kicked off the new arrangement by displaying the high-resolution, compact gamma camera Oct. 10 to 14 in its booth at the Congress of the European Association of Nuclear Medicine in Barcelona, Spain.
