Emageon appoints new COO

Former GEMS executive Milton Silva-Craig has been tapped as the chief operating officer of Emageon, a technology and enterprise solutions provider in diagnostic imaging. While at GE, Silva-Craig held positions in business development, product strategy, and operations. He last served as a vice president and general manager of ASP services and e-commerce in Chicago.
