Etiam, a provider of connectivity and interoperability solutions, will debut the latest version of its image sharing product at RSNA 2011.
The Secure Medical Networking (SMN) version 3.20, which supports unified film, CD, and electronic data transfer, now integrates image information from beyond the enterprise into the existing hospital workflow, the company said. The solution allows for the management of all images, regardless of source or format.
The new version supports bi-directional consultation, allowing practitioners at multiple locations to share image data and files over the Internet. The system also routes patient information to the point of care.
