Finova Medical Systems last month gave imaging equipment dealerE.G. Baldwin & Associates the exclusive right to sell itsremanufactured scanners in Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and NewJersey.
Baldwin is the nation's largest independent dealer of medicalimaging products, according to Finova. The Cleveland-based companygenerated $110 million in revenue in 1995. It employs more than260 people.
FMS, of Temecula, CA, will supply Baldwin with remanufacturedMRI, CT, R/F, and angiographic systems. Baldwin will provide customerswith after-the-sale deinstallation, installation, and warrantyservices. R/F equipment removed by Baldwin will be shipped toFMS for refurbishing.
FMS is a subsidiary of Finova Group, a Phoenix-based equipmentfinancer.
