GE Medical Systems of Milwaukee has hired Anthony Lombardo tolead its Network Products and Services group, which markets GE'sPACS products. Lombardo was formerly the head of Lockheed MartinWestern Development Laboratories Medical Imaging Systems (SCAN6/5/96). Lombardo will report to GE president and CEO John Trani.
To replace Lombardo, Lockheed Martin has named Michael Bakervice president and general manager of the Hoffman Estates, IL,unit. Baker joined Lockheed Martin in February 1995 and previouslywas director of operations at independent service organizationServiscope. Lockheed Martin also promoted Advanced Video Productsveteran David Mahoney to vice president of sales.
