Imaging services provider InSight Health Services acquired two imaging centers this month in an asset purchase agreement with Soterion and its subsidiary firms, Indiana MRI and Southern Regional MRI. Located in Indianapolis and Clarksville, IN, the centers provide open MRI and bone densitometry services and complement Newport Beach, CA-based InSight’s mobile MRI operations in Indiana, according to Steven Plochocki, president and CEO.
