In an attempt to unify its customer service and support operations, the health imaging group of Eastman Kodak has consolidated service and support operations into a single global unit with regional representation throughout the world. Marco Bucci, formerly general manager of health imaging's service organization for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Russia, heads the new services unit, composed of about 1700 field engineers. Reporting to Bucci are four key managers. John Farrell, worldwide general manager of growth services, is responsible for business development and implementation of digital services. Craig Stevens, Americas services director, runs service teams in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Gino Modigliani, marketing and business development director for worldwide services, will develop new service businesses. James Keese continues in his role as worldwide general manager, professional services operations, and chief privacy officer, responsible for networking services, consulting, project management, and privacy and security services.
