Things keep going from bad to worse for Lernout & Hauspie. The provider of voice recognition products and technologies is now facing a patent infringement lawsuit filed by the British firm AllVoice Computing. A judge ruled in late January that AllVoice could seek a preliminary injunction to stop L&H from selling the NaturallySpeaking product.
