Mammography vendor Lorad, a subsidiary of Hologic, has launched an extranet Web site to allow electronic parts ordering and online technical resources for registered dealers. It also provides a forum for e-mail response to nonurgent technical questions.
The company has also entered into a two-year exclusive agreement with Broadlane, a provider of supply chain management services to the healthcare industry, covering the purchase and sale of Lorad mammographic systems.
