ISG Technologies of Mississauga, Ontario, has hired former LoralMedical Imaging Systems executive Denis O'Connor as its vice presidentof sales and marketing. O'Connor will handle ISG's product marketingstrategies following the company's restructuring of its salesand marketing department.

ISG this month reported financial results that indicated growthin revenues and net income in its third quarter (end-March). ISGhad sales of $5.7 million, up 83% compared with revenues of $3.1million in the third quarter of 1995. ISG had net income of $75,000in its most recent quarter, compared with a net loss of $1.3 millionin the same period last year.
