Medical Resources of Hackensack, NJ, has restructured its executivelineup in the wake of its acquisition of fellow imaging servicesfirm NMR of America (SCAN 5/22/96). William Farrell has been namedpresident and COO, fully assuming the president title after servingas co-president with Robert Adamson.

Adamson, who was also CFO, is now a consultant to Medical Resources.Replacing Adamson as CFO is John O'Malley, who had been CFO ofNMR of America. NMR of America chief executive Joseph Dasti isnow a consultant to Medical Resources, as previously announced.
