OEC president and CEO David J. Rose has resigned his positions with the company, the SaltLake City-based manufacturer of mobile C-arms reported. Rose steppeddown a few weeks after OEC posted lower sales and earnings figuresfor 1994 (SCAN 2/1/95).

OEC chairman Ruediger Naumann-Etienne has assumed Rose's postswith the intention of improving operating results and growingthe company in 1995, both through operations and strategic acquisitions.Naumann-Etienne said OEC fell short of its financial objectiveslast year. Revenues for the year were off 1.8% to $98.2 millionand net income was down 11% to $8.7 million.
