Polaroid vet Knudson joins Sterling

Former Polaroid Medical Imaging Systems president Gerald Knudsonhas joined Sterling Diagnostic Imaging with the title of executivevice president. Knudson will be responsible for Sterling's long-rangeplanning; global marketing and communications; sales and marketingin Europe, Asia, and Africa; and corporate development of strategicalliances, mergers, and acquisitions. Sterling, of Glasgow, DE,bought the assets of Polaroid's Helios dry-process laser printingprogram (SCAN 11/6/96).
