The 1500 healthcare providers in the Premier group purchasing organization have about three more months to purchase computer-aided diagnostics from R2 Technology as part of an extended sole-source group buy agreement. The deal, which ends July 30, extends Premier members' preferred pricing on the ImageChecker DM system, which is designed for facilities with high patient volumes; the ImageChecker DX system, for medium-volume groups; and the ImageChecker LX system, designed for lower volume mammography practices.
