Siemens AG has agreed to work with 3M to qualify the St. Paul,MN, firm's DryView laser printers for connection with the Germanmanufacturer's digital imaging equipment.
The deal applies to Siemens' CT, MR, digital angiography, digitalx-ray and PACS equipment and 3M's 8700 and 8800 model imagers.Following qualification, Siemens will issue functional releasereports to its sales organizations to facilitate integration ofthe 3M laser printers with its equipment.
