Siemens Medical Systems has named PACS veteran Rik Primo director of information systems. Primo, who will be responsible for the Iselin, NJ-based company's PACS and healthcare information systems offerings, came to Siemens from Agfa in February (

3/98). His initial post at Siemens was marketing manager. He will report to Siemens Health Services vice president Ajit Singh.
