Danbury, CT-based Trex Medical has named new presidents for its Lorad and Continental X-Ray divisions. Taking over as president of Lorad is John Brenna, former vice president of marketing for Trex Medical. Brenna assumed Lorad's presidency from Hal Kirshner, who gave up the post to focus on his role as president and CEO for Trex Medical. Kirshner retains his CEO title for Lorad.
In Trex's Continental X-Ray division, Patrick Fitzgerald III has been promoted to president. Fitzgerald, who had previously served as director of national accounts for Trex Medical, succeeds his father, Patrick Fitzgerald II, who is retiring.
In other Trex news, director of international sales John Mankowich has joined Trex competitor Gendex as vice president and general manager.
