ADAC Laboratories reported last week that it was expecting topost revenues of about $44 million for its first fiscal quarter(end-January), down slightly from the $46.5 million registeredin the same period last year. Earnings per share will be about15¢ a share, compared to 23¢ per share in the firstquarter of 1994.

The figures meet ADAC's expectations for the quarter, accordingto president and CEO David Lowe. ADAC, of Milpitas, CA, also saidit is progressing in its negotiations to acquire parts of CommunityHealth Computing, the radiology information systems vendor thatfiled for Chapter 11 last month (SCAN 12/14/94).
