Analogic of Peabody, MA, has received Food and Drug Administration 510(k) clearance for its Webrad computed radiography quality assurance workstation, which was demonstrated at the 1997 Radiological Society of North America meeting. Marketed under the name SD-CRQA View Station, the workstation is the first of the company's Web-based software products to receive U.S. clearance. Orders are being taken for SD-CRQA View Station, with shipments expected within 90 days.
