MRI mammography developer Caprius of Wilmington, MA, has been hit with a shareholder lawsuit, a company spokesperson confirmed late last week. The lawsuit was filed in a U.S. District Court in Boston by a group of shareholders who charge that Caprius' predecessor, Advanced NMR, overstated revenue and projected sales of its InstaScan echo-planar imaging MRI product, according to Reuters.
