MR mammography firm Caprius has settled a shareholder class-action suit filed in January 1998 that accused the Wilmington, MA, company of overstating revenues (SCAN 1/14/98). Caprius made a cash payment of $150,000, of which $100,000 was contributed by the company's insurance carrier. Caprius also issued 325,000 shares of stock to the plaintiffs and agreed to make an additional payment of $75,000 if it sells all or part of its business in the next 12 months.
