Cedara has signed a distribution agreement with Toyo Corp., a trading company that brings technology from around the globe into the Japanese marketplace. Under the agreement, Toyo will distribute Cedara’s line of viewing, reading, and image management products, as well as image archives and various software components related to image management. Cedara had revenues of $55.7 million in fiscal 2000.
