The company reported that following the separation of COHR Masterplan as a stand-alone business unit (SCAN 4/28/99), the new entity will be known simply as Masterplan. Another of COHRs businesses, Purchase Connection, changed its name last month to InSource Health Services. The company announced the change at its annual meeting in New Orleans. COHR was acquired in March by Three Cities Research, an investment adviser firm in New York City (SCAN 3/17/99). The transaction made COHR a private firm.
