Canadian medical imaging services firm DC DiagnostiCare announced this month that it has completed the acquisition of North American Imaging (NAI), an x-ray tube supplier based in Camarillo, CA. DC DiagnostiCare agreed to buy NAI in May (SCAN 6/10/98), and closed the deal with the purchase of all of NAI’s outstanding shares. NAI reported sales of $18.2 million for fiscal year 1998 (end-May) and will continue to function from its Camarillo headquarters.
